Thanks to our partners, we did it again!

Here at EMC, we strive to be the best and we work hard at it every day.  And when we receive recognition for our efforts from our partners, it means the world to us!  I’m thrilled to report that at the XChange 2013 conference in D.C., EMC once again achieved top marks from partners who participated in CRN’s 2013 Annual Report Card (ARC) award survey, which is THE benchmark for measuring excellence in IT vendor and channel partner relationships. CRN Arc Winner

This year CRN’s research team surveyed more than 2,200 solution providers in North America – across 18 product and service categories – who evaluated the importance of and their satisfaction with vendor partners within three major areas: product innovation, support, and partnership.

This year EMC swept the Enterprise Networking Storage category with our VMAXVNX, Isilon, and Data Domain products.

We were also voted #1 across the board in the Backup and Recovery Software category with our NetWorker, RecoverPoint, Avamar, and Data Domain solutions.

Last but not least, EMC was named #1 in the SMB Network Storage product innovation sub-category thanks to our market-leading VNXe unified storage solution.

XChange ARC Awards ImageThis recognition follows another prestigious honor – earlier this year CRN ran its annual Channel Champs survey for which 4,000 solution providers across 30 technology categories were asked to grade vendors in the areas of technical satisfaction, support satisfaction, and financial factors. EMC took the top spot in the Enterprise Network Storage and SMB Network Storage categories, and moved from 7th to 2nd place in the Backup and Recovery Software category.

We’d like to thank our partners for placing their trust in EMC so that we can help put them at the forefront of IT. Everything we do is focused on providing the most channel-friendly experience for our valued partner community.  We promise to continue to listen to our partners’ needs and offer the best products and solutions that help position their customers at the forefront of IT.

As discussed at our Global Partner Summit 2013 in May, we are continually striving to create a more simple, predictable, and profitable experience for our channel partners!
